  • Accounts may be created by contracted nurses, partner clients, or other authorized users of EmpathiCare Solutions.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Member Conduct & Community Standards

To maintain a professional, respectful environment, all members agree to:

  • Use the Platform for lawful, professional purposes only.

  • Not share, upload, or post any patient information or other Protected Health Information (PHI) on the Platform.

  • Respect the privacy and rights of other users — harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate communication will not be tolerated.

  • Refrain from impersonating others or misrepresenting your role with EmpathiCare Solutions.

  • Avoid posting any false, misleading, or defamatory content.

Violations of these standards may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

3. Public Profiles

  • By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that certain portions of your profile (such as your name, title, and professional credentials) may be viewable by the public or other members on the Platform.

  • You may request to update or limit certain publicly visible information by contacting us at support@empathicaresolutions.com.

  • Sensitive or confidential business data (including patient details) must never be shared or posted publicly.

4. Confidentiality & HIPAA Compliance

  • Contracted nurses and healthcare professionals must comply with all HIPAA privacy and security regulations when using the Platform.

  • No patient identifiers, medical notes, or care-related communications should be entered into this Platform unless explicitly authorized and encrypted.

  • Users who violate HIPAA or confidentiality requirements will be subject to immediate termination and potential legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, videos, and training materials, is the property of EmpathiCare Solutions, LLC and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

  • Licensed contractors and clients may access training and resources for authorized use only.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion, particularly if:

  • These Terms are violated,

  • Unlawful or unethical conduct occurs,

  • Unauthorized access or sharing of information is detected, or

  • Required documentation or verification is incomplete or inaccurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

EmpathiCare Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform;
